Schedule : 12-Hour Shifts (7am–7pm & 7pm–7am)

Client : Elderly Female

Start Date : Immediate

Centria Healthcare is seeking compassionate and skilled professionals to provide 24 / 7 in-home care for a female client recovering from multiple traumatic injuries. This is a long-term private duty assignment in a home setting, ideal for those experienced in orthopedic and geriatric care. This client will have a private duty nurse on shift to support total care.

Client’s Medical Overview

• Multiple Healing Fractures : Including both knees (patellae), wrist (radius, ulna, triquetrum), hand (metacarpal), ribs, sternum, spine (T11–T12), sacrum, and pelvis (bilateral ilium)
• Neurological : Concussion recovery with cognitive communication deficits and polyneuropathy
• Orthopedic Concerns : Generalized muscle weakness, joint bleeding in left knee, thoracic contusion
• Respiratory & Cardiovascular : Respiratory support needed; hypertension management; oxygen monitoring required
