Job Description :

L3Harris is hiring a hands-on SoftwareQuality Engineer to own the end-to-end quality strategy for two business areas. This role combines strategic ownership with day-to-day leadership, giving you the mandate, and the resources, to elevate quality across the enterprise. Come join the team that guards the final frontier, own the software quality that tracks every satellite, rocket stage, and stray bolt in orbit, turning raw data into the space-situational awareness that keeps missions (and astronauts) safe.

Essential Functions

• Modernize and maintain abest-in-class software quality system that meets all customer and regulatory requirements.
• Interfacing with software engineering to define the software quality strategy for two business areas, including building out a roadmap for the next generation of software quality support.
• Champion continuous improvement to protect product integrity, meet cost and delivery targets, and ensure mission success.
• Act as the single point of contact for all site-level quality matters, driving alignment across programs and with external customers.

Please note : In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role in Colorado state is $82,500 - $153,000. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
