Clayton Campus Operations is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Garden and Grounds Manager to join our team and play a key role in the start-up and success of our vegetable and flower garden. This role's responsibilities include all aspects of vegetable production, from seed germination and cultivation to harvest and post-season care. You'll have the opportunity to contribute to the development of a showcase-worthy garden and see your hard work used by our on-site kitchen staff. Additional responsibilities include directing and coordinating worker activities, such as planting, irrigation, chemical application, harvesting, grading, and record keeping.

Grounds responsibilities will be to support the entire Clayton Campus with the implementation and management of campus-wide turf management and landscaping programs. You will directly manage Clayton grounds, garden, and landscaping teams, third-party suppliers, and service providers supporting overall grounds programs that are consistent with Clayton's operational goals.

Garden And Grounds Manager Required Experience

• Education : Advanced education in sustainable agriculture or equivalent field experience.
• Years of Related Experience : 5-7 years' minimum relevant experience, prior supervisory experience required.
• Licenses / Certifications : Must have a valid driver's license. HLT certification for pesticide and disease control.

Compensation Grade Pay Range $87,935.00 - $109,920.00
