Strategic Benchmarking : Conduct comprehensive benchmarks across regions and BU to identify best practices and areas for improvement. Requirements Management : Gather, analyze, and formalize user requirements to ensure solutions meet BU needs effectively. Business Case Development : Develop robust business cases that provide strategic justification for proposed digital initiatives and support informed decision-making. Functional Specification : Draft detailed functional specifications and requirements documentation, serving as a blueprint for development. Technical Collaboration : Partner closely with IT teams to define, validate, and ensure the feasibility of technical solutions. Quality Assurance Leadership : Lead functional testing phases, including test strategy development, test case design, and meticulous defect tracking, to ensure high-quality deliverables. Change Management & Support : Provide comprehensive change management support, including user training, documentation, and critical post-go-live assistance, to facilitate smooth adoption. Project Oversight : Monitor project progress diligently, managing planning, budgeting, risk, and quality control to ensure successful execution. Governance & Communication : Facilitate effective project governance through steering committees, arbitration, and clear communication with all stakeholders. Cross-functional Interface : Serve as the primary liaison between internal departments and external partners, ensuring seamless collaboration. Project Management Expertise : Proficient in utilizing project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, and other PMO software to track progress, manage tasks, and facilitate collaboration. Methodological Proficiency : Strong grasp of project methodologies, including Agile (Scrum) and Waterfall, complemented by advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite. Analytical & Design Acumen : Skilled in business process analysis and functional design, translating complex requirements into clear, actionable plans. Communication & Documentation : Exceptional communication and documentation abilities, ensuring clarity and precision in all project-related materials and stakeholder interactions. Information Systems Knowledge : Solid understanding of information systems, enabling effective collaboration with IT teams and technical solution validation. Analytical & Strategic Thinker : Possesses strong analytical and synthesis capabilities, adept at distilling complex information into strategic insights. Interpersonal & Diplomatic : Demonstrates excellent interpersonal and diplomatic skills, fostering positive relationships and effective collaboration across diverse teams. Collaborative Leader : A team-oriented individual with a proactive leadership mindset, capable of motivating and guiding cross-functional groups. Organized & Adaptable : Highly organized, autonomous, and capable of managing multiple projects concurrently while maintaining high standards of efficiency and quality. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Information Technology, or a related field 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, customer experience, or a related role Strong leadership and strategic thinking skills, proficiency in digital tools and platforms, excellent communication and project management abilities Deep understanding of the automotive industry Knowledge of emerging digital technologies and trends in the automotive sector MBA Health & Wellbeing : Comprehensive coverages encompassing the Physical, Mental, Emotional, and overall Wellbeing of our employees, including short- and long-term disability. About the Team : Strategy & Business Transformation (SBT)
The Strategy & Business Transformation (SBT) team is a core part of Parts & Services, shaping the future of Parts & Services by driving strategy and delivering sales digital solutions to regions. Our main missions are to :
- Consolidate P&S strategic plan (MTP & LRP), provide market insights and support M&A initiatives
- Develop solutions to increase customer retention, grow repairer sales, streamline sales back-office operations
- Prioritize P&S digital projects portfolio and track their execution. Leverage STLA data to drive P&S performance
The role :
We are looking for a talented project manager in charge of delivering the Promotion Management Tool. The candidate will spearhead the development and implementation to create and manage parts promotions, calculate profitability, and ensure stock consistency across distribution centers (Budget : 1M).
