A valid A&P certification is required

As an Aircraft Inspector III, you will be a guardian of safety and quality, leveraging your expertise to ensure our aircraft and components meet stringent manufacturer specifications and government regulations. Your keen eye for detail and authoritative sign-off will be essential to our operations, ensuring every aircraft is safe for flight.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Perform detailed inspections of aircraft, aircraft systems, equipment, and parts to verify airworthiness.
  • Identify and document any non-conformances or breaches of established standards.
  • Conduct in-process and final inspections for minor work (non-337 form).
  • Exercise approval authority for return to service of minor work (non-337 form).
  • Utilize your thorough knowledge of FAA regulations and practical application of audit and inspection procedures.
  • Maintain accurate inspection records and documentation.

Qualifications :

  • Active, current FAA Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) certification.
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant aircraft inspection experience.
  • Thorough knowledge of aircraft, aircraft systems, equipment, and parts.
  • Proven experience with product audit and inspection processes and procedures.
  • Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel).

    • Preferred Qualifications :

  • Inspection Authorization (IA) Designation.
  • Basic understanding of 14 CFR Chapter 1.
  • Experience in civil or government aviation inspection operations and / or FAA Repair Station operations.
  • Background in the Aerospace and Defense Industry, the US Department of Defense (DoD), or US Military.
