Title : Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor

Job Duties : The Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor assesses, plans, organizes, develops, implements, and evaluates all the activities related to nursing standards of care, professional development, operational function, and communication throughout the facility. The Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor manages the day-to-day management of nurses, and their work schedule, and works with staff doctors. The Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor conducts treatment meetings and provides admission & discharge management.

Schedule : Full-Time

Qualifications :

• Current licensure in California as a RN.
• Knowledge of general nursing theory and practice.
• Previous experience in mental health nursing preferred.
• Current CPR and first aid certifications.
• Knowledge of DBT, WRAP and Psychosocial Rehabilitation Principles preferred.

About the Campus : Crestwood's Sonoma County Healing Center provides an alternative to traditional psychiatric care through collaboration, empowerment, a healing environment, peer providers, family partners, and a recovery-oriented milieu. Our PHF program provides the structure and support needed to promote stabilization and foster recovery. Our goals are to restore a sense of hope, self-empowerment and realized potential of recovery in each of our clients and to provide a transition plan to enable a successful return to their community.

The salary range listed below represents the minimum and maximum base pay per hour at the time of posting. Final salary offered to the candidate selected for the position will be based on factors including but not limited to candidate's skills, experience, licensure, and program acuity.

Pay Range : $50-$60 USD
