This is a unique opportunity for an industrious individual who is eager to learn a life-long skill towards a rewarding career as a legal assistant because the training will be hands-on and conducted by the very attorney who is owner of the firm. If you can bring your curiosity for learning, your strong grammatical and editing skills to the table, we will provide you with the legal / technical skills you need to become a force in your field.

Your day will fly by quickly, as this position has intense and on-going relational interactions with both prospective clients and established clients of the firm throughout the day.
This position requires a positive outlook and a genuine desire to help older adults. There is heavy client interaction, coordination, and tracking for successful progression through our proven client management system, and so you need to possess technological savvy and the ability to quickly pick up new software programs, if you don’t have prior training in those programs. Our ideal candidate has a built-in passion for top-notch customer service with a confident yet gracious and humble personality, who innately understands why we have two ears but only one mouth. You know the importance of listening with the ability to redirect and ask relevant questions with the goal of educating clients about their legal planning.
