The Sales Associate is responsible for providing excellent customer service, driving sales, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for customers. This role involves assisting customers with product selection, maintaining store appearance, and achieving sales targets.
K ey Responsibilities :
- Greet customers and provide assistance with product selection.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
- Maintain store appearance and ensure merchandise is displayed neatly.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to store profitability.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
- Operate cash registers and process transactions accurately.
- Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions.
- Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Department Manager.
Requirements : Qualifications :
High school diploma or equivalent.Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Excellent customer service skills.Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Proficiency in using cash registers and retail software.Compensation and Benefits :
