The global Information Technology (IT) Function is leading efforts to align IT and Business Strategy, leverage IT investments, and optimize end to end business processes and associated information integration technologies. Through these efforts, IT helps to improve the competitive position of Corning's businesses through IT enabled processes. IT also delivers Information Technology applications, infrastructure, and project services in a cost efficient manner to Corning worldwide.

This position will leverage Microsoft's Power Platform technologies, Microsoft 365 suite and web development to create, automate, and integrate business solutions for the cable manufacturing facilities. They will act as a bridge between business needs and IT capabilities, driving digital transformation by innovating processes, improving productivity, and enabling rapid solution development—all while adhering to governance and security best practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain business applications using Microsoft Power Platform tools (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Virtual Agents).
• Design, develop, and maintain web applications for in-house business solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify workflow inefficiencies and propose technical solutions that improve business processes.
• Automate repetitive tasks and integrate data across Microsoft 365 and other business systems.
• Develop dashboards and reports in Power BI to provide actionable insights for teams and management.
• Document processes, create user guides, and provide training or support to end-users regarding new tools and applications.
• Stay current with Microsoft product updates and best practices to continuously enhance existing solutions.

Experiences / Education - Required

The range for this position is $62,260.00-$85,608.00assuming full time status. Starting pay for the successful applicant is dependent on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education. The benefits available for this position are dependent on hours worked and may include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan, pension plan, life insurance coverage, disability benefits, and PTO.
