IT Support Engineer

A company is looking for an IT Support Engineer to provide technical support and enhance automation processes.

Key Responsibilities

Write scripts and build integrations to automate support tasks and streamline workflows

Provide premium-level remote tech support and manage equipment troubleshooting

Act as a cybersecurity defender, tracking issues and protecting against digital threats

Required Qualifications

2+ years of experience troubleshooting Windows / Mac issues

2+ years of experience with at least one programming language and working with APIs

Familiarity with AI concepts and hands-on experience with automation tools

Solid foundation in networking and security basics

Bonus points for A+ or Security+ Certification
