Receiving Specialist (Residential Condo)
Provide a professional and competent image in order to provide Residents with friendly and outgoing customer service. As a key employee liaison between all guests of the community and the Residents. Receiving must be familiar with using computer software to perform various tasks, must demonstrate organizational skills, excellent interpersonal skills and strong communication.

Job Duties
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. The employee is occasionally required to sit, stand, reach, lift, bend, kneel, stoop, climb, push and pull items weighing 30 pounds or less. The position requires manual dexterity; auditory and visual skills; and the ability to follow written and oral instructions and procedures. This position will be mostly indoors. Noise level will be moderate and position requires sitting most of the day.
This is a non-exempt (hourly) position. This schedule will be determine by the property and may change to accommodate the business needs of the property.

Position Notes :
This is a hands on position with the hourly rate beginning at $25 / hour and paying up to $58,000 annualized pay ; pay is commensurate with experience Corporate Training and Career Development support available to advance your career Position is Monday - Friday 8 : 30 am to 5 pm daily.
High School or better.
