- Accurately performs patient assessments and identifies patient needs\n
- Identifies and initiates appropriate nursing interventions\n
- Provides care appropriate to the condition and age of the patient\n
- Performs timely and appropriate documentation relating to medical necessity in the medical record\n
- Responsible for completion and revision of the Interdisciplinary Care Plan for each patient\n

- Graduate of an accredited RN program\n
- Current Iowa RN License.\n
- Basic Life Support (BLS) within 30 days of hire\n
