Position Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented Senior Paralegal to join our legal team. This role requires a deep understanding of government contracting, regulatory licensing, document retention, and litigation oversight. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in legal compliance, document management, litigation support and cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced and highly regulated environment.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Review and manage federal, state, and local government contracts and subcontracts.
Maintain and track regulatory licenses, registrations, and renewals at the local, state, and federal level.
Oversee document retention policies to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
Assist with litigation management, including coordination with outside counsel, case tracking, and preparation of discovery materials.
