We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Supply Chain Manager with a strong background in manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in overseeing supply chain processes including procurement, production planning, inventory management, logistics, and supplier management. Prior experience as a buyer at some point in their career is highly desirable and considered a strong bonus. This role requires a strategic thinker who can balance cost, quality, and efficiency while ensuring timely delivery of materials and products.

Responsibilities :

• Oversee the end-to-end supply chain process, including procurement, production planning, inventory, and distribution.
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize supply chain efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service levels.
• Manage supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure quality and compliance standards are met.
• Collaborate closely with manufacturing, engineering, quality, and finance teams to align supply chain activities with production schedules and company goals.
• Monitor and analyze supply chain performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
• Lead inventory management efforts, ensuring adequate stock levels while minimizing excess and obsolescence.
• Oversee logistics and transportation to ensure timely delivery of raw materials and finished goods.
• Stay informed on market trends, supply chain risks, and regulatory requirements to proactively address challenges.
• Mentor and develop supply chain staff, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
