A company is looking for a Content Creator, Paid Social.

Key Responsibilities

Capture, edit, and design platform-native paid social creative that drives engagement and measurable results

Lead the creation of trend-driven UGC-style ads and short-form video content

Generate and test a high volume of ad concepts, using performance insights to refine creative approaches

Required Qualifications

A strong portfolio showcasing direct-response creative, especially UGC-style video and social-first campaigns

Hands-on experience with content capturing and editing tools like Premiere and After Effects

Familiarity with paid social performance metrics and experience optimizing creative for results

Proficiency in design fundamentals and tools such as Figma and motion / video software

Ability to adapt storytelling for different platforms and create both high-fidelity and quick-turn content
