Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care delivery. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and multitask effectively. Reliable transportation. Joint Commission onboarding standards upon offer. Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' health conditions utilizing Oasis and Homecare Homebase software, ensuring accurate documentation and compliance with regulatory standards. Provide skilled nursing interventions, including wound care, medication management, and IV therapy, while prioritizing patient safety and comfort. Monitor patient progress closely, evaluating response to treatment and adjusting care plans as necessary to optimize outcomes and promote well-being. Educate patients and caregivers on disease management, medication administration, and symptom recognition, empowering them to actively participate in their care and promote self-management. Maintain meticulous documentation of all patient interactions, assessments, and interventions, adhering to agency policies and procedures and regulatory requirements. Demonstrate empathy, compassion, and cultural sensitivity in all interactions with patients and their families, cultivating a supportive and therapeutic environment.

Sunbelt Staffing is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for a full-time home health contract position in Jeffersonville, IN . In this role, you'll have the opportunity to partner with a respected national home health agency, delivering compassionate, patient-centered care to individuals in the comfort of their homes.
Position Details :
- Duration : 13-week contract with possibility of extension upon successful completion
- Location : Jeffersonville, IN, and surrounding areas
- Type : Full-time, Scheduled 40 hours per week - no guaranteed hours
- Schedule : Monday to Friday, 8 : 00 am to 5 : 00 pm, with occasional weekends and on-call duty (typically one weekend per month)
- Productivity Expectations : 30-32 per week, up to 35 visits
- Compensation : Hourly rate negotiable based on experience and territory budget, with weekly pay and .48c mileage reimbursement visit to visit, 150-250 miles per week expected
- Benefits : Medical, dental, vision, and 401k options available after 90 days.
