We are looking for a Civil Litigation Associate Attorney to bring their expertise and passion to our dynamic team.

Position Details

  • Title : Civil Litigation Associate Attorney
  • Practice Area : Civil Litigation (Construction Defect, Property Disputes, Boundary Lines)
  • Compensation : $160,000 - $230,000 / year (dependent on experience) + eligible bonuses
  • Location : Seattle, WA

    • Key Responsibilities

  • Provide legal advice and deliver high-quality work to supervising attorneys or clients.
  • Meet with clients to understand their legal needs and provide counsel.
  • Conduct depositions, hearings, and trials.
  • Draft legal documents in a timely manner.
  • Strategize on case conflicts and approaches.
  • Perform legal research and interview clients or witnesses.
  • Interpret laws and regulations for individuals and businesses.

    • Qualifications

  • Active member of the Washington State Bar Association.
  • Minimum of 7 years of litigation experience (less or more considered based on expertise).
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Commitment to client service and professional development.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with PracticeMaster, TABS3, and Worldox is a plus.
