The New Home Consultant at Lennar is responsible for managing the new home purchase process from initial customer contact to closing, aiming to create a "tickled, delighted and happy" customer. This includes daily operations at Welcome Home Centers, processing sale agreements, and closing sales in line with company business plans.

Physical & Office / Site Presence Requirements :

Regular, in-person attendance at Company communities / job sites and offices during regular work hours is an essential function of this job. This is primarily an active position, involving office / phone work and walking in all weather conditions, and uneven surfaces, to and within homesites in the community. Must have a valid state drivers license in order to take customers throughout the neighborhood and community, visit realtor offices, and to various other meetings in the process of self-generating sales. Finger dexterity is required to operate computer keyboard and telephone equipment. Must be able to lift and carry supplies and materials up to 25 pounds.

General Overview of Compensation & Benefits : We reasonably expect the base compensation offered for this position to range from an hourly rate of $18.50 - $19, subject to adjustment based on business-related factors such as employee qualifications, geographic pay differentials (e.g., cost of labor / living, etc.), and operational considerations. This position may be eligible for bonuses. This position may be eligible for commissions. This position will be eligible for the described benefits listed in the above section in accordance with Company Policy.
