Immediate Openings on 2nd Shift (2p - 10p)

  • $1.00 / hr. Shift Differential. Limited external opportunities on 3rd (10p-6a), but you may apply and we will reach out if there is availability.

What You'll Do :

  • Safety first : Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
  • Master our corrugator or converting equipment : Set up and operate either Corrugated Equipment, Rotary Die Cutter, or Flexo Folder Gluers in the production of corrugated boxes.
  • Ensure quality : Inspect and monitor production runs, ensuring products meet the highest quality standards.
  • Drive efficiency : Maximize machine uptime and productivity.
  • Continuous improvement : Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce downtime.

  • Proven experience : At least 6 months of experience operating corrugated industry equipment.
  • Technical skills : Strong understanding of equipment operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
  • Safety focus : Prioritize safety in all aspects of your work.
  • Quality Mindset : Working with a one box set up mindset, to ensure quality expectations are met & minimize waste.
