Sales Manager

We're looking for a Sales Manager to lead, inspire, and drive results! If you thrive in a fast-paced, competitive environment and know how to motivate a team, this is the role for you. Availability : This full-time year-round position requires you to report to the office daily.

Mission :

Drive revenue growth by executing effective sales strategies, recruiting and developing top-performing sales professionals, and ensuring consistent sales success across all channels. Success in this role means meeting and exceeding sales targets across multiple sales and marketing categories, including :

  • Door-to-Door (D2D) Sales
  • Outside Business-to-Business (B2B) Sales
  • Facebook Advertising
  • Customer Renewals
  • Pay-Per-Click (PPC) Campaigns
  • Local Service Ads (LSA)
  • Direct Mail Campaigns
  • By leading a team of high-performing "A-players," the Sales Manager ensures we maximize every growth opportunity while maintaining a strong, results-driven sales culture.

  • Leadership Inspires and unites the team to achieve goals. Provides constructive feedback, fosters strong relationships, and represents Mosquito Hunters professionally.
  • Leadership Development Develop the next generation of leaders to grow the company from 1 million to 10 million in revenue.
  • Sales Training Coaches and develops sales teams in D2D and B2B sales, equipping them with the skills and strategies needed to succeed.
  • Strategic Planning Analyzes market trends, identifies growth opportunities, and implements sales strategies to hit targets.
  • Financial Acumen Manages sales budgets, tracks performance metrics, and aligns sales efforts with business goals.
  • Customer Relationships Builds and maintains strong client relationships, ensuring high renewal rates and excellent service.
  • Talent Recruitment Identifies and recruits top sales talent while fostering a culture of growth and leadership development.
  • Communication Effectively conveys ideas, provides feedback, and engages with team members, clients, and leadership.
  • Adaptability Thrives in changing environments, adjusting strategies to meet evolving business and customer needs.
