Own partner sourced pipeline and revenue in the region
Recruit, onboard, and manage partners to drive co-sell

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent required
5-10 years of partner / channel sales experience
Proven track record of sales over-performance
Deep understanding of channel partners and ISV co-sell dynamics
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with partners
