Part Time - Building Security Guard (Pittsburgh)

Summary

The Building Security Guard is responsible for monitoring the surveillance cameras throughout the location and be on alert for any suspicious activity to ensure safe and efficient operations at Maitri. Security personnel will monitor surveillance cameras, welcome team members and contractors of the facility daily.

Key Responsibilities

• Patrols and monitors an assigned area; reports suspicious activities to management
• Monitors surveillance cameras, inspects property, and monitors crowds.
• Contacts law enforcement or fire department in case of an emergency.
• After business hours, checks doors, windows, and gates to ensure the property is secure.
• Investigates reports of suspicious activity on the property.
• Escorts discharged staff, trespassers, and other unwelcome parties off the premises.
• Adhere to all safety, security and compliance policies and procedures.
• Uphold all the company policies and procedures.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
