Key Responsibilities :

• Conduct individual and group counseling sessions tailored to student needs
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to develop intervention plans
• Assess student social, emotional, and behavioral challenges and provide appropriate resources
• Facilitate crisis intervention and referrals to munity services as needed
