• Salary :   48-58k, based on credentials and experience
• Schedule :   Days, with schedule fluctuations and weekend rotations as warranted by the center.

What you will do in this role :   You have the ability to impact our patient’s lives on a daily basis by influencing the nourishment we provide them. This is an important role that we take seriously. Providing a home like environment includes the provision of tasty, nutritional and appealing food. It can be highlight of their day.

You will manage a team, do the menu planning, manage and order stock, adhere to IDPH regulations and jump in where needed to add hands-on support.  It’s a big job in a very busy commercial kitchen.

Qualifications

Certified Dietary Director :   officially we title this job a Certified Dietary Director (CDM), but in other centers it may be called a Dietary Services Manager, Director of Dining Services, Food Service Manager, or Director of Food and Nutrition Services.  Whatever you call it, it’s an important job!

This center is managed by TRANSITIONAL CARE MANAGEMENT.  We currently provide comprehensive management services to several inpatient healthcare centers throughout Northern IL & the Chicagoland area. These settings include Long-term Care Skilled Nursing (SNFs), Short-term Care Rehabilitation, Intermediate Care (ICFs), and Behavioral Health Service (SMHRFs) centers.
