Cyber Security Analyst

A company is looking for a Cyber Security Analyst for a 100% remote W2 contract position.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor, manage, and respond to security events in collaboration with the internal cyber security team and SOC

Contribute to the improvement of security monitoring capabilities and incident response processes

Manage vulnerability portfolios and review threat intelligence to provide actionable recommendations

Required Qualifications

3+ years of experience in a similar role is highly desirable

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Security, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)

Strong understanding of cybersecurity best practices and common threats

Working knowledge of various operating systems, including Linux, MacOS, and Windows

Familiarity with security monitoring tools and vulnerability management practices
