POSITION : IT Support Associate (dedicated chat support)

FULLTIME / PARTTIME : Full Time

LOCATION : Remote

SCHEDULE : Mon - Fri 8am - 5pm CST

ASSIGNMENT : 09 / 22 / 2025 to 08 / 29 / 2026 (temp to hire)

PAY RANGE : $21.00 hourly paid weekly. (Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Base pay information is based on market location.)

About the Role : We're looking for an IT Support Associate with strong customer service skills and entry-level technical expertise to join our team. In this role, you'll provide basic IT systems support to end users through chat, email, and phone, helping resolve computer system issues, documenting requests, and ensuring timely resolutions. This is an excellent opportunity for someone eager to grow their IT career in a supportive, high-volume environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to and resolve a high volume of IT-related issues or questions from internal and external customers.
• Provide updates and follow-up communications with users until issues are resolved.
• Escalate technical problems to appropriate teams when necessary.
• Accurately document all customer interactions in the tracking system.
• Assist in real-time issue resolution to minimize downtime and ensure satisfaction.
• Stay current on policies, procedures, and product updates to provide accurate support.
• Provide occasional after-hours support via on-call rotation.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
