Oversee the patient’s diagnosis and treatment of occupational or motor vehicle injuries.Prepare patients for return to work after illness or injuryDiagnose and treat neurological disorders in patients of all ages, with a focus on adults who have been involved in motor vehicle accidents.Conduct thorough patient evaluations, including medical history review and physical examinationsOrdering and interpretation of MRI’s in addition to other diagnostic studiesDevelop and implement treatment plans tailored to each patient's needsPrescribe medications and monitor their effectiveness and potential side effectsProvide counseling and education to patients and their families regarding their condition and treatment optionsCollaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient careUphold the company’s mission to provide exceptional patient care and leads in a way that aligns with the company’s ESG goalsOther duties as assignedMinimum Requirements
MD / DO from an accredited educational institutionBoard certified in NeurologyUnrestricted license to practice medicine in the State of PennsylvaniaFavorable malpractice historyBasic Life Support / Advanced Cardiac Life Support certificationDEA licenseAdditional Skills / Competencies
Experience treating TBI and post-concussive disorderAbility to effectively interact with doctors, patients, and co-workersTact and skill in patient managementExcellent communication and organizational skillsAbility to mentor and supervise staffExcellent verbal and written communication skillsMedicine – Knowledge of the information and techniques needed to diagnose and treat human injuries, diseases, and deformities. This includes symptoms, treatment alternatives, drug properties and interactions, and preventive health-care measuresCustomer and Personal Service – Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfactionPhysical / Mental Requirements
Sitting, standing, walking, reaching above shoulder length, working with body bent over at waist, working in kneeling position, crawling, climbing stairs, climbing ladders, working with arms extended at shoulder length, lifting max. of 20 lbs.
