Key Responsibilities
Lead global HR operations services ensuring consistency and compliance
Oversee Talent Management product ownership and drive configuration improvements in Workday
Develop HR process documentation and leverage Workday Reporting & Analytics for actionable insights
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's preferred
7+ years of HR operations experience, including 3 years with Workday tools
Minimum 2 years of experience in Workday business process configuration
Proven experience in leading global HR projects and process improvements
Experience in a global organization with varying regional requirements
