Project Manager and Lead Engineer, Plainsboro, NJ. Responsibilities incl. Lead conceptual design, site survey, design turnover, & construction admin. processes

• Perform HVAC & plumbing system design & calculations, incl. creating design drawings, schematic reports, specif.& cost estimates, Conduct eng. analysis & modeling, such as building load calculations, energy analysis & airflow modeling. Collaborate w / clients, architects, engineers, & consultants to develop coordinated design documents.. Lead business dev. by meeting prospective clients & preparing competitive proposal package. Req. exp. W / AutCAD, REVIT, HAP, and Microsoft Office Apps and familiarity w / NY, NJ PA Bldg codes and standards Manage people activities incl. onboarding, training, mentoring, & performance eval..
