We’re seeking a seasoned Lead Inside Sales Agent to convert 1,000+ monthly leads (Zillow Flex, Realtor.com VIP, etc.) into appointments. You'll leverage calls, texts, email, and AI follow-up systems to grow database sales. Strong performers have leadership advancement opportunities as we continue scaling our high-performance multi-city real estate team.
