Key Responsibilities

Provides underwriting support and authorization related to real estate title insurance commitments and policies

Utilizes underwriting standards to underwrite the issuance of title insurance

Guides company personnel in real estate settlement services and issues underwriting standards according to established processes

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred

5-7 years of title underwriting experience

Familiarity with real estate law

Strong understanding of real estate title and settlement processes

General knowledge of Federal and State regulations related to real estate title insurance
