We’re representing a leading Commercial General Contractor based in Indianapolis, Indiana, with a strong reputation for delivering large-scale multifamily and mixed-use projects across the region. The company is known for its positive work environment, structured career growth, and commitment to quality construction.
They are now seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to oversee and manage ground-up multifamily projects valued at $50M and above.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead all on-site operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget
- Manage subcontractors, field staff, scheduling, and quality control
- Work closely with Project Managers, clients, and design teams to ensure seamless project delivery
- Maintain site documentation, safety compliance, and daily progress reports
