Occupational Therapist – Atlantis, FL Employment Type :

  • Full-Time | Days | Rotating Weekends Compensation : $32.62 – $46.50 / hour | Sign-On Bonus & Relocation Assistance (case by case) Overview We are hiring a dedicated Occupational Therapist to join a collaborative rehab team in Palm Beach County.
  • This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic clinical environment, providing patient-centered therapy that improves independence, function, and quality of life.

  • Responsibilities Evaluate, plan, and implement occupational therapy treatment programs based on physician orders and patient needs.
  • Provide skilled interventions to improve functional independence, mobility, and daily living activities.
  • Observe and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed.
  • Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care.
  • Educate patients and families on recovery, adaptation, and wellness strategies.
  • Participate in discharge planning and ensure smooth transitions across the continuum of care.

    • Qualifications Required :

  • Registered Occupational Therapist (ROT) license in Florida (or eligibility to obtain) Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy BLS certification (within 30 days of hire) Minimum 1 year of occupational therapy experience (new graduates encouraged to apply) Compensation & Benefits Hourly Pay : $32.62 – $46.50 (based on experience) Sign-on bonus available (case by case) Relocation assistance available (case by case) Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage 401(k) with employer match & employee stock purchase plan Paid time off, family leave, and disability coverage Tuition reimbursement & professional development support Ideal For This role is perfect for both experienced therapists and new graduates looking to grow in a supportive environment.
