IT Support Specialist II

Summary :

We are seeking an experienced IT Support Specialist with five years' experience to assist our IT department. This role offers flexibility to work remotely, with required commutes to our Garden City, Kansas location. The support person will help maintain and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues to ensure smooth daily operations.

Responsibilities :

• Provide remote support to employees for computer, software, and network issues.
• Assist with installation, configuration, and maintenance of computers, printers, and other devices.
• Visit local offices occasionally to provide on-site technical support.
• Help manage user accounts, passwords, and access permissions.
• Document support requests, solutions, and maintain basic IT records.
• Collaborate with the IT manager to escalate or resolve complex issues.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
