Schedule Shift : 6 : 45 AM - 7 : 15 PM Job Description We are seeking a dedicated Progressive Care Nurse to join our team. The ideal candidate will work in a mixed level of care inpatient overflow unit, providing exceptional patient care for medical surgical and / or step-down patients. This unit serves short stay patients with a target length of stay of 24 hours, ensuring quick turnover and efficient care delivery. Responsibilities Provide telemetry monitoring for patients as indicated, ensuring all patients are hardwired to bedside monitors. Utilize the EMR system (Cerner) for patient documentation and record-keeping. Collaborate effectively with a team consisting of a charge nurse, registered nurses, and certified nursing assistants. Adhere to established unit guidelines and policies regarding patient care and safety. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure Telemetry competency Progressive Care experience is a must; recent experience preferred Certifications : BLS and ACLS required Why ARMStaffing?
