Job Description & Requirements Specialty : Case Management Discipline : RN Duration : 13 weeks 40 hours per week Shift : 8 hours, days Employment Type : Travel Job Title Registered Nurse - Case Management - Hospital Location Everett, WA Schedule / Job Type Full-time, Days shift Key Responsibilities Coordinate patient care within an acute care hospital setting as part of a case management team Collaborate with multidisciplinary units including ED, ICU, Peds, and specialty areas Float to different units based on hospital needs, including within the same campus and possibly to nearby facilities Ensure compliance with hospital protocols and documentation standards using EPIC charting system Manage patient discharge planning and ensure appropriate resource utilization Required Qualifications Active Washington RN license Minimum of 1 year of relevant hospital case management experience Ability to float between units as needed Strong communication and coordination skills Certification not specified but must hold current license Preferred Experience / Skills Experience working in a Level II Trauma Center Familiarity with various hospital units such as ED, ICU, Peds, and Specialty Units Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team Experience Everett, WA, at its coziest!
