About the Role
As a Business Development Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and building strong referral relationships within the community.
Responsibilities
- Build strong referral relationships with hospitals, physicians, senior living communities, rehab centers, and other providers.
- Drive business growth by generating referrals that convert to new clients.
- Develop and execute referral network strategies (RPN).
- Host and attend networking events, community programs, and sponsorships.
- Plan creative marketing initiatives and maintain a strong social media presence.
- Track KPIs, maintain Salesforce records, and manage marketing calendars.
- Support the team with client consultations, introductions, and community outreach.
Qualifications
Proven relationship-building and sales skills.Knowledge of the senior care industry preferred.Strong communication, organization, and decision-making skills.Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team.Comfortable working some evenings / weekends as needed.Proficient in Salesforce, MS Office, and digital tools.Pay range and compensation package
