Our client, a leading customer service organization, is seeking Customer Service Representatives to join their team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be part of the Customer Support Department supporting customer engagement and loyalty initiatives. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a customer-focused mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title : Customer Service Representative

Location : Fort Lauderdale, FL

Pay Range : $16.00-$16.50 per hour

Shift : Various schedules available; Day, Evening and Overnight

What's the Job?

• Track customer waitlists, voucher verification requests, and refund approval requests using a web-based CRM platform.
• Maintain accurate customer records and notes in respective systems to support the program.
• Develop and nurture customer relationships that contribute to business objectives and promote customer loyalty.
• Research and resolve customer questions and issues to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Process tickets using a web-based system to escalate customer issues as needed.
