Connecticut Licensed Pharmacy Technician

A company is looking for a Pharmacy Technician Patient Outreach Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to eligible patients to grow the specialty pharmacy patient population and enroll them

Educate patients on the services offered by the specialty pharmacy program

Maintain confidentiality of patient information and perform other assigned duties

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

Licensed Connecticut pharmacy technician; nationally certified from PTCB or equivalent preferred

0-1 years of experience as a Pharmacy Technician or related experience

High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's Degree or PTCB / ExCPT License strongly preferred

Commitment to obtain required licensure if not already held

Ability to complete training to become nationally certified within 6 months of hire
