Job Location : Buffalo, NY / Albany, NY / Cleveland, OH (Must be able to work onsite in one of these locations)

Job Type :   Contract  - Must be able to work as a W2 employee of Newbold.

Compensation : $60-$ 70 / hour – The hourly pay will be determined based on the candidate’s skills and experience. General Job Description :   We are seeking a Wealth Management Business Analyst (Contract) to support software implementations and data migration initiatives within a leading financial services environment. In this role, you will serve as a bridge between business lines and technical teams, gathering requirements, validating data, and helping ensure smooth adoption of new wealth management platforms. You will contribute to project planning, oversee testing activities, and provide guidance on data mapping and business rules, helping to deliver successful technology implementations for wealth applications.

Job Requirements :

• Experience with wealth management platforms (Envestnet, Pershing, FIS / Global+, or similar)
• Proven experience as a Lead Business Analyst, skilled in gathering and translating business requirements for technical implementation
• Experience with data migration, mapping, and business rules
• Strong collaboration with technical teams, business stakeholders, and other BAs
• Familiarity with project tools such as Jira, Confluence, or MS Project
• Ability to support testing oversight and guide users through new systems
• SQL knowledge is a plus
