Key Responsibilities

Lead the design and development of mainframe applications and systems

Mentor and guide junior developers in coding practices and systems design

Required Qualifications

Minimum of 8+ years of experience in mainframe development, focusing on COBOL and JCL

Proficiency in working with mainframe databases, including DB2 and IMS
