Education : High School Diploma or equivalent.Experience :
Minimum 6+ months of experience in IT or related area.Minimum 6+ months of experience in operating system or software troubleshooting (e.g., root cause analysis, debugging).Principal Duties and Responsibilities
Follow established standard operating procedures (SOPs) .Provide first-level technical support for products, applications, and devices.Support troubleshooting efforts and help identify routine problems.Document incidents, service requests, and resolutions in ticketing systems.Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate teams or vendors.Assist with processing incoming requests and maintaining knowledge repositories .Support achievement of key performance indicators (KPIs) for system performance and availability.Seek training opportunities and apply feedback to improve skills.Perform routine technical tasks under guidance of senior personnel.Manage time, prioritize tasks, and handle minor setbacks effectively.Level of Responsibility
