Schedule : Full-time, 35 hours / week | Nights, 6pm-6 : 15am

Shift Differentials and Weekend Differentials : Night (11 : 00 pm-6 : 59 am) $2.00, Weekend (Fri 11 : 00 pm-Sun 10 : 59 pm) $0.50

Pay Range : $38.77 - $46.06 / hr. (this rate is inclusive of the $3.40 / hr. Michigan Skilled Nursing Facility Direct Care Worker Pass-Through approved rate; current approval through September 30, 2026)
