Office Profile : The Division of University Advancement is responsible for the development, coordination and implementation of external communications and all fundraising and friendraising activities, including alumni and family relations, church & community relations, as well as corporate and foundation relations. University Advancement is an integral part of the university's ministry and outreach. The University engages in annual and multi-year comprehensive campaigns supporting academic programs, capital projects, endowments, planned gifts and student aid. Vision 2025 and the Golden Eagle Athletics Initiative are two such initiatives.
Role : The Director-Assistant III is responsible for developing donor relationships and solicitation strategies among mid-range annual donors and prospects and major gift prospects. Working with the Advancement team and select University staff and faculty, the Director-Assistant III will devise marketing strategies and outreach opportunities to attract mid-range and major gift prospects. They will place a major emphasis on the development and cultivation of new prospects and the stewardship of assigned donors. All activities of this position are to make a contribution to the fulfillment of the mission of the university. Must be available to travel and spend periods away from home and the office.

Education and / or Experience :
Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university, master's preferred, and three to five years related experience and / or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Full Time Staff, Exempt
$78,500 - 87,000 / yr
