Responsibilities :
- Process full-cycle payroll for 101-500 employees, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Manage multi-state payroll operations, adhering to state-specific regulations and requirements.
- Utilize ADP Workforce Now to maintain payroll records and streamline processes.
- Handle employee inquiries regarding payroll, benefits, and deductions with professionalism.
- Prepare and submit payroll tax filings in compliance with federal and state laws.
- Collaborate with HR and accounting teams to ensure seamless integration of payroll and employee data.
- Conduct audits of payroll records to identify discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee information and payroll data.
- Stay updated on changes in payroll laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
- Assist in the development and implementation of payroll policies and procedures.
- Proven experience in full-cycle payroll processing.
- Expertise in managing multi-state payroll operations.
- Proficiency with ADP Workforce Now or similar payroll systems.
- Strong understanding of payroll laws, tax regulations, and compliance standards.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in handling data.
