Finishing Department Team Member Details :

  • Temp-to-Hire position
  • $17.55 / hour
  • Full Time work available
  • First Shift (Monday through Thursday from 06 : 00am to 04 : 30pm)

    • As part of the finishing department, you’ll be cross-trained in multiple areas, including :

  • Assembly : Using drills, rivet guns, and hand tools to install handles, insulation, hinges, and more.
  • Powder Coat Application : Applying powder coatings and ensuring quality finish on production parts.
  • Load & Unload : Loading parts onto carriers, programming into the system, hanging / masking, unloading, inspecting, labeling, and packaging.

    • Finishing Department Team Member Qualifications :

  • Willingness to cross-train and learn new skills
  • Strong attention to detail and quality
  • Ability to work with hand tools and computers for part specs and documentation
  • Dependable and team-oriented
  • Applicant may be subject to a background check
  • Pre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment
