Job Description :

The Test Technician completes work according to instructions, specifications and procedures. Conducts a variety of tests and verifications on electro and electromechanical equipment, while providing accuracy, productivity and on-time delivery.

Responsibilities :

• High school diploma / GED and 1-2 years related experience
• Performs a range of routine mechanical and / or electromechanical testing of small parts or components in accordance with company instructions and procedures
• Reviews shop traveler route card, or schematic drawings to confirm correct sequence of operation
• Perform a variety of test to verify circuitry and to test effectiveness of components in amplifiers and electronic equipment
• Receive parts or units from customers and troubleshoots circuits and components using schematic drawings and prints as a verifying check
• Perform test and diagnostics using test equipment such as oscilloscopes, DVM, signal generators, power meters, network analyzers, spectrum analyzers, power meters, frequency counters and other related test equipment
