Summary

A locally owned food packaging facility is looking to add team members to their Quality Control team. Candidates in this role will be helping to monitor quality of products and ensure proper procedures are being followed by the production team. This is a DIRECT HIRE position with 1st and 2nd shift schedules available. Pay starts at $18 / hr per hour with a competitive benefits package and production bonuses included. Schedules :

1st Shift : Monday - Thursday 6am - 4 : 30pm

2nd Shift : Monday- Thursday 4pm - 2 : 30am

Responsibilities :

  • Observe to ensure proper GMP's are being followed
  • Inspect products both in process and completed to ensure quality standards
  • Monitor and inspect production equipment
  • Perform product testing and log reports

Qualifications :

  • Strong attention to detail and time management skills
  • Basic computers skills
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to work in cold work environment
