\n\nResponsibilities : \n

The Trauma Performance Improvement Coordinator works in collaboration with the Trauma Program leadership and is responsible for the coordination and facilitation of the Trauma Performance Improvement Program at CRMC. Provides coordination and facilitation of performance improvement activities, including data collection, analysis, trending and benchmarking of data outcomes.

\n\nQualifications : \n

Education

Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or Healthcare related field required

Master's Degree in Public Health, Nursing, Health Administration or other related field preferred

Experience

3 years of trauma nursing experience in either the emergency department or an ICU setting required

Additional experience in process improvement required

Licenses and Certifications

RN - Current and valid Registered Nurse license to work within the state of California required
