The main objective of the Ambassador role is to ensure the utmost quality in patient / visitor experience as part of the institutional Welcome Initiative. This position is part of our comprehensive guest management and visitor access strategy and directly influences departmental functions and overall patient / visitor experience across the institution.

TMC location : 5 : 30 AM - 2 : 00 PM

Key Functions

• Acknowledges and greets patients and visitors and performs health screening.
• Accurately provides information and instruction, pertaining to all hospital campus to patients, visitors and staff.
• Maintains a highly professional and positive attitude while dealing with customers and peers and performs multiple tasks as screener, greeter, information desk, in a fast-paced environment.
• Other duties assigned

Education

Required : High school diploma or equivalent.

Preferred : Associate's degree in related field.

Experience

Required : Two years of customer service experience responding to customer inquiries or related experience. Bachelor's degree can be substituted for required experience.

Preferred : Healthcare and / or Hospitality experience.

Other Requirements : Must pass pre-employment skills test as required and administered by Human Resources.
